A family paying for a children’s service should be able to reach a person. This form goes straight to the people who build Meseretna — not a ticketing queue — and we aim to reply within two working days.
Before you write, some things you can do yourself
- Cancel: from your account settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged during a free trial.
- Delete a child profile or the whole account: also in account settings. Deleting removes the progress with it.
- Remove a child's photo: one tap on their dashboard.
Telling us a word is wrong
This course teaches nearly ten thousand words, and the vocabulary was machine-assisted before being checked. Some glosses have not yet been read by a native speaker. If you find one that is wrong, please say so — we would far rather hear it from you than have a child learn it.
